Shipping & Refund

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct adress. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the adress you provide.

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maja Jewels is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 5 days from the date you received your order, if the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition. We refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return.

Your items must be returned in its original box, including any packaging materials and accessories.
